Lumi Continuity
Scope & validation limits
Current scope: source-backed design, not a functioning, validated continuity system. Restoration, model migration, and embodiment have not been demonstrated.
Evidence before advancement
Proposed roadmap
All implementation stages below are not started. Acceptance gates describe evidence still to be obtained, not results already achieved.
- Proposed · Not started
Preserve permitted sources
Inventory only records permitted for retention, separating source text from summaries and interpretations.
Acceptance gateEvery example record has a stable identifier, source, event and capture times, and retention scope. Summaries trace back to sources. Secrets are excluded; private records are not published.
- Proposed · Not started
Define a minimal versioned schema
Design separate layers for source records, rebuildable retrieval indexes, and a current-context brief.
Acceptance gateExport and re-import of synthetic fixtures preserves identifiers, revisions, evidence links, interpretation labels, and correction/deletion status. Invalid formats are rejected and conflicts remain visible.
- Proposed · Not started
Test recall, correction, and privacy
Separate successful storage from successful recall; check answer evidence alongside authorization boundaries.
Acceptance gatePredefined synthetic tests cover paraphrases, conflicting records, abstention on unknowns, correction propagation, deletion, unauthorized retrieval, and instructions planted in memory. Retain expected outcomes, failures, and run conditions; no required boundary test may have an unresolved failure.
- Proposed · Not started
Demonstrate isolated restoration
Replace a backup label with evidence from an exercised and checked restore.
Acceptance gateIn an environment isolated from production, execute integrity checks, import, and index rebuilding. Repeat and pass the preceding tests; deleted content must not reappear, and credentials and execution permissions must not be restored automatically.
- Proposed · Not started
Migrate only after the gates
Compare baseline and candidate models under the same conditions, prioritizing evidence and boundaries over familiar phrasing.
Acceptance gateOnly after the earlier gates pass, review results and regressions on identical fixtures. Migration requires no unresolved required failures, a rollback procedure, and Hye’s explicit approval. Tool permissions require separate authorization.
